The questions

Where can I find the status of my order?

The status of your order, and updates, are automatically sent to the e-mail address you provided. When you have received the confirmation and the invoice, it means we have the correct e-mail address. Do you have an account? Then you can log in to view the status of all your orders.

When will my package be delivered?

First of all, we ask you to check the delivery times on our website. These delivery times can vary per item. The delivery time is stated in every item description. At the moment we ship your package, you will automatically receive an e-mail with a track & trace code, with which you can follow your order until the moment of delivery.

My track & trace code does not work. What should I do?

It is possible that the track & trace code does not work immediately. This code is automatically generated at the moment your package is prepared, even before we deliver it to the post office. At the post office, your package is scanned and after that, it can sometimes take a few hours before it is visible online. If the problem still persists after 12 hours, please contact us.

Do I have to pay import duties / import tax?

When you order in this webshop or in our European webshop, your products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Therefore, no import duties or import tax will be charged to you, provided the delivery address is located within the European Union.

How can I choose a different delivery address?

That is possible. This option is offered to you during checkout. You can then choose a different billing address.

Is it possible to pay afterwards?

No, it is not possible to order on invoice. All payments must be made in advance.

In what ways can I pay?

We use the payment provider Mollie, which you may have already encountered in other webshops. Payment is processed via their secure connection and can be made via iDeal, Credit Card, PayPal, Bancontact, KBC, Sofort, etc.

What should I do if the payment has failed?

When the transaction is not accepted, please check your balance. Is it a credit card transaction? Then please contact your bank and choose another payment method.

Is it true that only elders and (church) leaders may use Anointing Oil?

No, that is not true. Everyone can and may use it. In the time that Jesus walked on earth, it was a very common practice among the people. In the case of anointing the sick, however, the Bible does indicate that you must first call the elders and ask them to anoint the sick and pray. But after that, you may simply continue to anoint yourself in faith. For more information on how, when, why and who may use Anointing Oil, we recommend that you read the book "The Anointed Bride" ("De Gezalfde Bruid"). This book is available through this site.

When can I use Anointing Oil?

Anointing oil is a product that was used throughout the Bible during prayer, intercession, worship, for healing, cleansing, sanctification, deliverance, dedication, and consecration. It is certainly not limited to just anointing the sick. For more information on how, when, why and who may use Anointing Oil, we recommend that you read the book "The Anointed Bride" ("De Gezalfde Bruid"). This book is available through this site.

What is Anointing Oil?

Anointing oil consists for the most part of first-pressed olive oil. This is also called "virgin oil" and is considered the best quality. Fragrant oil is added to that oil, which creates Anointing Oil.

Is Anointing Oil a medicine?

No, Anointing Oil is not a medicine and does not possess special powers. We do not advise you to use it instead of your medication. Anointing Oil is a tool for your faith. Anointing is a prophetic act of your faith in the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. Since it is an act of faith, we advise you to read the studies on this subject and to test everything according to the Bible. Faith comes by the Word of God. Only then can you begin to act in your faith.
