The Anointed Bride: The Meaning of Anointing and Anointing Oil - Robin Prijs (eBook)

Throughout the entire Old Testament and throughout the entire New Testament, the whole nation of Israel used Anointing Oil daily for their own personal use. From the beginning of the first churches, until as many as nine centuries later, all Christians also used Anointing Oil daily for their own personal use. Almost parallel to the disappearance of this precious practice, the church began to lose its power and miracles and signs declined at a rapid pace. Could there be a connection?

Dive into the mystery of the Anointing and the Anointing Oil and unravel the mysteries that the Bible reveals about this ancient practice. Go in search of the hidden treasures concerning the deep and far-reaching meaning of the Anointing and discover a God who is eager to share His blessings, grace, and favors with His children. In this powerful message, the author will answer all the questions you have ever had about the use of Anointing Oil and the Anointing. The Anointing is the image of the Holy Spirit Who is upon and in us, as the substitute for Jesus Christ on earth. By learning more about the Anointing and the Anointing Oil, we learn more about Who the Holy Spirit is, how He works, and why He does the things He does. The origin of the Anointing and the Anointing Oil is therefore not of this world, but comes from the Anointed One Himself.

In this book, the author will answer questions such as:

• Who may use Anointing Oil?
• When can Anointing Oil be used?
• What can Anointing Oil be used for?
• What is the meaning of Anointing Oil?
• What different types of Anointing are there?
• What are the meanings of the scents?
• Can the Exodus Anointing Oil still be used?

Does the Bible mention more about Anointing Oil than just the anointing of the sick in James 5? Certainly. Not only has the author built this book on the Word of God, he also provides all 345 Bible verses - in 201 chapters - from the Old and New Testament. This is the eBook version.
